Execute BATF Form 4473 ($ 25 Fee)

The BATF Form 4473 is used for firearm transfers between private parties, transfering a new or used firearm received form another FFL holder to a private party, or for selling a new firearm to a buyer.  This fee is waived for any new firearm purchases made by my customers.  I am available to receive and transfer firearms between individual parties or from other FFL holders to individual parties at this fee base.  A NICS Background Check is also required in most cases.

NICS Background Check ($ 25 Fee)

This is a mandatory background check for any individual purchasing a new firearm or having a new or used firearm transfered to them.  It accompanies the execution of BATF Form 4473.  This fee is a pass-through.  FFL holders in NV are charged $ 25 by the State of Nevada for each background check they perform for a customer.  If you are a holder of a valid Nevada CCW Permit, as of October 23, 2005, a formal background check is required, regardless of the fact that you hold a valid and current CCW, and this $ 25 fee applies.

Firearm Consignment Sale Fee (15% of Selling Price)

I can sell your firearm on a consignment basis to others.  The fee for this service is 15% of the actual selling price to the transferee.  The buyer is responsible for paying NV Sales Tax on the sales price and the NICS Background Background Check Fee.  If you have a firearm that you want to sell, just contact me with the information and decide upon a minimum amount of money you want for the firearm.  I'll take it from there and find a buyer for you, then do all of the transfer paperwork to keep it all 100% legal.  This includes legal transfer of ownership of the firearm from you to the buyer.

Ship Private Party Firearm to another FFL Holder ($ 35 Fee + Shipping Cost)

If you have a personal firearm that you need shipped to another FFL Dealer, and you want to keep it a 100% safe & sound transaction with records that the BATF can trace if needed, I can provide this service for you.  I strongly suggest that you add insurance to the shipping fee, just in case your firearm is damaged or lost in shipment.

Ship Private Party Firearm to Manufacturer & Receive Back ($ 45 Fee + Shipping Cost)

If you have a personal firearm that you need shipped to a manufacturer for service, repair, etc., I can provide this service for you.  This includes doing all of the necessary paperwork on both ends of the transaction (shipping it out and receiving it back).  In order to keep everything 100% above-board, with all of the necessary records that the BATF can trace, this is the way to do it.  I strongly suggest that you add insurance to the shipping fee, just in case your firearm is lost or damaged in shipment.
