All information on this website is the property of MREguns and cannot be duplicated or otherwise distributed without specific written permission.  You must be a legal Nevada resident and be 18 years of age or older to purchase long guns or ammunition for them over the counter.  You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or ammunition for them over the counter.  In order to be considered as a legal resident of NV, you must have lived here for no less than 90 days.  A personal background check will be conducted through the NICS System on all individuals who are purchasing a firearm from MREguns.  The fee for this check is $ 25, whether you pass or fail.  All state and federal guidelines governing the sale of firearms are strictly enforced.  Out of state customers must work through a local licensed firearms dealer.  Guns to out of state customers can only shipped to licensed dealers in that state, and only after a signed purchase copy of the dealer's license is received by mail.  You must have a clean criminal record to qualify to purchase a firearm.  If you do not have a clean record, do not even attempt to purchase a firearm.  You cannot purchase a firearm for someone who is otherwise not eligible to purchase one for themselves - this is known as a "straw purchase" and it is illegal.  Violations will be reported to the authorities promptly.  If you have any questions concerning legal issues, please consult my Legal Stuff page or ask your local licensed firearms dealer.  You can also visit the ATF web site at www.atf.gov.
